HOW DOES IT WORK?
It's quite simple really. It works much like a reverse mortgage. We will pay you CASH for your house or land NOW for the future, post-apocalyptic rights to the property. You may live in and use the property 100% rent free until the predicted apocalypse on December 21, 2012. If, for some strange unforseen reason, the world fails to explode we will then take possesion of the property on December 22, 2012. Of course, we know that it's just silly to think it won't happen, so do you really need to worry about that? Of course not!! Let's Party like it's 2012!!!
How much money will I recieve?
We will pay you up to 10% of the current market value for your house or land. Although this may seem like a small payment for your property now, keep in mind, the post-apocalyptic real estate market will be in shambles. With 90-100 percent of the worlds population in ashes property values will drop precipitously with so few buyers. Cut your loses now!!!
